Formation Fee

Drinkwater Law Offices charges a flat fee of $1,000/entity, plus $500/series, if applicable, for the above-referenced services, plus costs.

Formation Costs

In addition to Drinkwater Law Offices fee, the standard filing fees for the various agencies and miscellaneous costs are as follows:

*The Nevada Secretary of State's filing fee for new corporations varies depending on the number of authorized shares of stock and the par value of such shares. The filing fee of $75 is based on a value of $75,000 or less in authorized shares of stock. The fee increases thereafter based on the value of the authorized shares.

Resident Agent Services

• Annual list preparation and filing
• Fictitious Name Certificate expiration tracking
• Service of Process in the State of Nevada
• Preparation of the annual minutes

As stated above, if you incorporated with us the first year of the entity's existence is at no charge. After the first year of existence, Drinkwater Law Offices' annual fee is $250/entity, plus $100/series, if applicable, plus costs, billable at the time of annual document preparation.
